Mixon Properties Resort Rentals, Inc. has been providing property management services for Panama City Beach Owners for the pasttwenty years. When we began back in 1991 we operated under the laws of the Florida Real Estate Commission. In 1996 the lawschanged and we switched to operating under the state’s department of Public Lodging. We can proudly state that we have never had acomplaint filed against us under either entity. We continue to operate our owner trust accounts in basically the same manner asprovided for under the state’s real estate laws. All funds due to owners are paid in a timely manner with a full accounting monthly. Ourprevious expertise was in consumer banking and financial services. We adhere strictly to our fiduciary responsibilities. Our main focusis on the Thomas Dr. area but we are considering branching out to the Middle Beaches area. We offer personalized, hands-onmanagement at competitive rates.
Dirtbuster Cleaning and Maintenance handles all of our housekeeping and routine repair needs. This is also a family owned and operated company started in 1976 by Robin’s parents as a commercial cleaning company. In 1988 they moved to Panama City Beach and branched out into condo cleaning and maintenance. This was how we first became interested in property management. Even after all these years, every one of us still jumps in and cleans if the circumstances call for it. We know all about cleaning vacation rentals from a bottom up perspective.
Michael L. Mixon is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker doing business as Mixon Realty. He is a member of the Bay County Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtor. As such, he has access to the Multiple Listing Service which covers all of Bay County and surrounding areas from Port St. Joe to Destin.
