Sitting on the deck to sun and see the Gulf; hearing the waves slap against the shore, at night, and seeing the fabulous sunsets.

Our family had a wonderful time at Pananma City Beach. We loved it. Our accomodations were top rated. Exceptional service by the staff at Mixon Properties. The best part was the free tickets we recieved for major attractions in the area. Each day was a new adventure. We loved it. The kids,our teenagers and small children had a wonderful time. The location was great, right on the beach. The best was it was not overcrowded, family friendly, and so much to do. We stayed in Gulf Gate 507 and it was very clean. The only thing was the mattress on the sofa bed was worn out. That was not good. But overall a wonderful vacation, great accomodations!!! We loved our time there.

the room was hot, the a/c unit would not cool the place. they were plenty of fans to blow the hot air though. I would stay again but in a different room.

room was to hot and the elevator was slow. and the man that rents the beach chairs in front of the resort was very rude.

Loved the view. Wished that the master bedroom had been ocean front.

Our recent stay at Gulf Gate was wonderful. The entire family was satisfied with our accomodations. We found Gulf Gate to be safe, affordable and family friendly. The view was magnificent!! The staff (Mixon family) did an excellent job to make sure we had a wonderful time and a worry free vacation. Gulf Gate was a great place to stay. The free amenities were above all the best part of our stay.
