We like the close proximity to the restaraunts and shops. The pool being half covered by the building to give you a break from the sun awesome. The views from the balcony overlooking the pristine beach priceless.

We are coming again in May, 2012. The service we get from Mixons is always the best. Our last stay was in august, 2011 and as usual we had a wonderful experience. We love this unit because it is very well equipped in all areas, especially the kitchen. We absolutely love the keyless entry because you don't have to worry about keeping up with a key. You just can't beat the beach front location and we love the fact that it is not a high rise condo!

Have stayed with Gulfgate on several occasions. Love the family atmosphere. Feel safe letting 15 year old and 11 year old go to beach. Do no have to worry about "drinking and partying". Units are always very clean and up to date. Robin and Mike have always been very attentive to any concern or needs. Always able to get in touch with someone when you call, don't just get voice mail. Actually can speak to live person. The one thing that needs work is the parking. Other than that the stays with Gulfgate has always been great!

We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will return. We try to stay in PC several times a year so hope to get back very soon.Dealing with you folks is also a plus and we know if anything comes up that needs your immediate attention you will be there.See you soon, Diane Squires

After being shown a unit by another management company, we were hesitant to book our vacation here, but we were very pleased with our condo. While there were some signs of the property's age, the unit was well decorated and the kitchen was well supplied. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature, and the beach service was wonderful. The few problems we encountered were dealt with immediately. We look forward to returning to this property.

 We rented room 511 at Gulfgate from 5/20 til 5/26. The room was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definately request this room again.

Everything was really nice, again. We really liked this condo; the entry system was great - didn't have to worry about a key. Sending e-mails to Robin regarding reservation went really well and reply's were very timely. Much appreciated. We will definitely be back.......soon!
