We all feel like home that week we love that place because is quiet and cozy my kids love i have no words to describe it i recomend that place mostly for people with kids like me.

Nice location on the beach! Property needs updating bad. The bed and sleeper sofa are a bit uncomfortable. There are only 14 tv channels and no DVD player. But other than this it was ok.

We stayed in this unit the week after July 4th... Great place, Great Location, Absolutely beautiful view of the Beach outside the living room. The condo was well equipped with everything you needed... just bring your food & clothes and your ready. AC worked great as well as the rest of the appliances. In room washer and dryer was a real plus! The pool was spectacular. Spent alot of time there since the ocean was so murky. Excellent charcoal grills (4)poolside made for a nice BBQ. The only "cons" I could say about this unit is that the matressess (bed and hide a bed)could both use some upgrades and the units had several lightbulbs out. I actually replaced a couple of crucial bulbs myself (refrigirator and living room) I am sure this will be taken care of after my stay and noting it on my checkout sheet. Overall, a great experience for us and we will be back to Nautical Watch!

Unit is in a wonderful location. unit needs to be updated with DVD, High speed internet, wallpaper needs to be repaired or replaced, need nite stand in bedroom so that customer can read and have a light near the bed. upgrade cable in living room.
