This was our first visit to Panama City Beach and the house was perfect for us. Beautiful view of the ocean from master bedroom or back patio. Loved being able to walk to beach so easily. The house was clean and no insects. Beach toys and chairs were in the garage for use. We did have to get a few things for it though, i.e. diswasher soap, paper towels, and laundry supplies, but still well worth the money. Will defently stay there again.

We loved the location! Our place had everything we needed, cooked every day we were there had no reason to go out! Just because our place was absolutely a great place to stay! And the whole family enjoyed it even our precious little dog zoey! Can't wait to stay there again!! See you soon!!

Loved our stay, everything was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. right on the beach-can walk out of your door and be in the mist of everything. Will definitely be back...

The townhouse, both layout and location, are great. However, the cleaning service is not doing a very good job. I notice someone posted a review about smeared toothpaste in one of the bathrooms in June, and it was still there when I was there in august. Only spot-dusting is done, as there was pretty thick dust in some areas. Apparently, no one checks the dishes either, as there were some really gross dishes in the cabinets...one pot with dried macaroni around the edges, and several other dishes with dried food in them. The carpet could also use a cleaning...I refused to go barefoot on it. The dishwasher, washer and dryer need to be replaced. The dishwasher does not do a good job at all, and I am one that pre-washes everything before I load them in the dishwasher, and they still didn't come out clean. The washer is very old, and didn't seem to do a good job. The dryer has to run for 2-3 hours to dry a load of towels. It's a shame because it has the potential to be a top notch rental if the place was clean and had updated appliances.

The layout and location was great. The only two things that I have any negative feedback is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. There was toothpaste smeared in wall and not enuf attention to bathrooms in general. You need to repair railing around patio/deck. Also one of our guests picked up a bacterial infection. I would talk to housekeeping to insure they disinfect counters and tubs, sinks etc.

This home was very nice and better than expected. It was located right in the middle of everything which was a big plus for us.

Love the town house. Everything is so handy and comfortable. Like a home away from home. It's a great place to entertain friends or just sit and take in the breathtaking view of the gulf. Top it off with a new sunset on the water each evening and it's sure close to paradise.

Mixon Properties did a great job, however for the price there should have been updates. The blinds were the worse thing, always falling down & would not close. Furniture could be replaced in living area. Location was good & the private walk to beach

Bf 5 provides all that is needed for a great stay at the beach. Mixon Properties works very hard to provide the utmost comfort for their guests. The deck on the water is outstanding.

We have been vacationing here for the last 15 years and we love it. One of the reasons is that we travel with our small dogs and Robin and Mike have always allowed us to bring them. There arent many places on the beach that accept pets. The location is a prime location for us. We will be back again this year,

The property was exactly as it was describe on the website right on the beach extremely clean and all up to date appliances. Property was centrally locate from everything that we was doing .. overall great rental property, would definitely hands down rent again.
